0.5 c | cilantro | packed |
2 tbl | oregano | fresh is best |
3 ct | garlic | full cloves |
0.75 c | extra virgin olive oil | |
0.5 c | red wine vinegar | |
2 tbl | red pepper flakes | to taste |
1 ct | shallot | rough chop (can sub red onion) |
Throw all ingredients (except olive oil) into a food processor and pulse a couple of times to chop.
Put the food processor on low and let run while streaming in olive oil. Stop when preferred consistency is reached. Ideally, the sauce should be pretty loose.
