0.5 c parsley packed
0.5 c cilantro packed
2 tbl oregano fresh is best
3 ct garlic full cloves
0.75 c extra virgin olive oil
0.5 c red wine vinegar
2 tbl red pepper flakes to taste
1 ct shallot rough chop (can sub red onion)

Step 1

Throw all ingredients (except olive oil) into a food processor and pulse a couple of times to chop.

Step 2

Put the food processor on low and let run while streaming in olive oil. Stop when preferred consistency is reached. Ideally, the sauce should be pretty loose.
