0.5 c | parmesan cheese | grated |
Preheat oven to 450. Take 1lb of brussel sprouts and lay in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Toss with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 30 mins or until roasted and some sprouts are brown and crispy. Deeper color is better.
Remove from oven and toss with uncooked shredded sprouts in a large bowl. Toss with caeser dressing and top with grated parmesan cheese. Add more black pepper to taste.
